Q. Why while browsing the website do I keep getting logged out?
A. This can be caused by your browser's cookie settings.
To use our site you must have cookies enabled. To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser that you use.
Firefox 2 or 3
- Click the Tools menu.
- Select Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Select the 'Accept cookies from sites' checkbox.
- Click the OK button.
Internet Explorer 6 or 7
- Click the Tools menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click the Default button (or manually slide the bar down to 'Medium').
- Click the OK button.
Safari 3
- Click the Safari menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Security.
- In the 'Accept Cookies' section, select Always.
- Click OK.
If you already have cookies enabled in your browser you may need to clear your cookies. To delete your cookies, just follow the browser-specific steps below. (Please note that while deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, it will also remove your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.)
Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)
1. Open IE and click on the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Internet Options."
3. Click on the "General" tab if it isn't selected already.
4. Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click on "Delete Cookies..."
5. Click "OK" for the "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?" prompt.
6. Click "OK" to exit.
Mozilla Firefox
1. Open Firefox and click on the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options."
3. Click on the "Privacy" icon on the left.
4. Select "Cookies" and click on "View Cookies"
5. Select 2cddesigns.co.uk from the list and press "remove cookie."
6. Click "OK" to exit.
